摘 要:
出版是我国社会主义文化的重要组成部分，出版业要迎接大发展大繁荣，必须加强出版创新，创新是推动新闻出版大发展大繁荣的必由之路。一方面，改革开放近30年以来，出版业迅速发展，取得了巨大成就：另一方面，在繁荣和发展的过程中，问题依然存在，面对新的发展环境，’出版业正面临重要战略转型。更加自觉、更加主动地推动出版大发展大繁荣，兴起出版发展的新高潮，正在成为出版工作者的共识。[著者文摘]
