详细介绍了荷兰以生产者联合组织为主体的电子废弃物回收管理制度、以消费者购买新产品时支付回收处理费的收费模式，结合我国国情分析了荷兰经验对我国的借鉴意义，并提出了促进我国电子废弃物处理回收处理产业健康发展的建议。[著者文摘]

Abstract:
WEEE management experience of the collective take-back system and tariff method in the Netherlands are illustrated in details in this paper. With the support of the authorities, appliance manufacturers and importers in the Netherlands establish two not-for-profit organizations, i.e., NVMP and ICT Milieu, to administrate the collecting, logistics and recycling of WEEE. Consumers need to pay visible-fees when purchasing new electrical and electronic equipments in ＇ε per unit＇ by categories. Compared with China＇s situation, Dutch experience is considered to be much constructive and helpful. Finally, policy proposals are presented for the promotion to establish China＇s WEEE take-back and tariff system.[著者文摘]
