摘 要:
我国的户籍管理制度实行了多年，暴露出来的问题越来越多：户籍制度限制了公民的迁徙自由，阻碍了劳动力资源的优化配置，以其为依托的一些福利分配机制人为地制造了很多的不平等，还加剧了城乡的不平等，给和谐社会的构建造成了一个很大的障碍。因此，改革户籍制度的呼声越来越强烈。本文试图对户籍制度的改革提出几点建议。[著者文摘]
