摘 要:
最低工资制度是在市场经济条件下政府进行工资调控的必要手段,其根本目的是为了维护劳动者取得劳动报酬的合法权益,保障劳动者个人及其家庭成员的基本生活。最低工资标准本身设计的是否合理以及政策在实施过程中的执行力度都会对最低工资制度的实施效果产生影响。因此,为了进一步贯彻落实最低工资标准,就需要及时发现制度执行中存在的问题,并加以改进,切实保障劳动者合法权益。[著者文摘]
