利多卡因、蒙脱石混悬液治疗儿童手足口病伴发口腔溃疡48例疗效观察

摘 要:
目的：观察利多卡因、蒙脱石混悬液治疗儿童手足口病伴发口腔溃疡的疗效。方法：48例手足口病患儿随机分入对照组和治疗组。对照组应用抗病毒、对症支持治疗，治疗组在对照组的基础上加用利多卡因、蒙脱石混悬液涂于口腔溃疡处。结果：治疗组口腔溃疡愈合和进食改善至正常的时间较对照组明显缩短（P〈0．05）。结论：利多卡因、蒙脱石混悬液在加快儿童手足口病并口腔溃疡的愈合和改善进食隋况方面具有一定效果。[著者文摘]

Abstract:
Objective： To observe the therapeutic effects of Lidocaine and Smectite mixture on oral ulcerations of hand foot and mouth disease in children. Methods： 48 cases of hand foot and mouth disease were analyzed and divided into treatment and control group randomly. The control group was treated with anti-virus and support. The treatment group was based on the control group and added the Lidocaine and Smectite mixture smeared on the oral ulcerations. Results： The average time of oral ulcerations healing and recovery of eating in treatment group was significantly shorter than that in control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The Lidocaine and 5mectite mixture have some effects on hand foot and mouth disease in children. They could fasten the healing of oral ulcerations and the recovery of eating.[著者文摘]
