随着知识经济时代的到来,科技创新能力已经成为高校发展和取得竞争优势的关键,如何提高高校的科技创新能力,关系到我国科技创新能力的提高。从高校科技创新能力的涵义及构成、高校科技创新能力的研究意义、高校科技创新能力的测度与评价、高校科技创新能力的培育四个方面对国内高校科技创新能力的研究进行综述。[著者文摘]
