教育体系，包括要建设的终身学习体系和终身学习社会。建立终身学习体系和终身学习型社会的首要任务，是培养国家经济起飞、民族振兴所需要的人才。这种教育体系一要符合企业发展需要，二要符合劳动者发展需要。两者的结合，集中表现在劳动者的就业能力上。建设一个全面提升就业能力的终身教育体系应当是：职业导向，能力本位，学员中心，自主发展。[著者文摘]

Abstract:
Education must include building the life-long learning system and society, and its first task is to cultivate talents to meet the need of the takeoff of country＇s economy and national revitalization. The education system must meet the need of business and workers＇ development, from whose combination can display the emplayment ability of workers. Four suggestions are given on how to build a life-long learning system of overall promotion employment ability.
