摘 要:
总结、分析和归纳了供应链契约研究的起源和发展演变过程，然后将当前研究的供应链契约进行分类，并建立了几种典型供应链契约的基本数学模型。在此基础上，进一步探讨了各供应链契约在供应链协调中的作用机理和协调方式，最后指出了供应链契约研究的发展趋势。[著者文摘]

Review of Supply Chain Contracts

Abstract:
The origin of the supply chain contract and its evolution were summarized, analyzed and concluded. The supply chain contracts studied at present were classified and the basic mathematical models for several typical supply chain contracts were built up. On the basis of the above researches, the mechanism and the way in coordinating the supply chain were discussed. The development tendency for studying the supply chain contracts was point out.[著者文摘]
