摘 要:
敌对占有取得所有权，与我国物权理论具有相当大的差距，涉及理论体系、司法实践、法律思维。研究显示，它对我国现有的物权法学理论具有很强冲击性对抗，甚至颠覆效果。法律并非逻辑性体系性的学者臆想的鸟托邦，而是现实中实实在在的生活生产，什么东西有利于人民，有利于社会，有利于国家富强，就是对的。抓住老鼠就是好猫，经济基础决定上层建筑都是敌对占有之所以被美国拥戴的重要原因。[著者文摘]

Abstract:
Property right through adverse is very much different from our legal property theory, regarding systemic theory, judicatory practice, jurisprudent thinking. In-depth studies show that it totally contradicts with our present legal property theory, even overthrows the latter, Law is not a logical and systemic utopia fabricated by scholars, but real life and business in reality. What＇s benefit to people, to society and to country, righteous.
