摘 要:
目的：了解我院抗生素应用情况，为，临床安全、合理、有效的使用抗生素提供参考。方法：随机抽取2005年7月至9、月出院病历662份，对抗生素的应用、联用及防治性用药情况进行回顾性分析。结果：在所调查的662份病历中，有468例患者使用了抗生素，占70．69％，其中，用于治疗者184例，占39．32％，用于预防者284例，占60．68％；使用一种抗生素者197例，占42．09％，联用二种抗生素者168例，占35．90％，联用三种以上者103例，占22．01％。结论：加强抗茵药物的应用与管理，规范临床使用抗生素势在必行。[著者文摘]

Abstract:
Objective：To find out the clinical application of antibiotic to offer suggestions for safe, rational and effective clinical using of antibiotic.Methods：To make a retrospective survey on the clinical application, the combination and the prophylactic using of antibiotic by extracting randomly 662 patient cards in some departments during July to September 2005.Results：There were 468 cases used antibiotic which was 70.69%.There were 184 cases used for therapy, 284 cases for prophylaxis, which was 60.68%; 197 cases used single drug, which took 42.09%, 168 cases combined with two kinds of antibiotic, which took 35.90%, 103 cases combined with more than three kinds of antibiotic, which took 22.01%,Conclusion：It＇s imperative that we must reinforce the manage of the clinical application of antibiotic and standardize the clinical using.[著者文摘]
