摘 要:
剪力墙结构作为高层建筑中的主要结构形式,被广泛运用于现代高层建筑领域,特别是近年来得到了迅速的发展。剪力墙作为承受垂直和水平荷载的结构,在高层房屋建筑中,既要发挥它具有足够的抗侧能力,又要克服其工程费用较高的缺点。在设计中,对于不同的剪力墙结构应采用不同的布置方案,一般来讲,以满足位移限制作为剪力墙数量的依据较为合适。细高的剪力墙应设计成弯曲破坏的延性剪力墙,从而可避免脆性的剪切破坏。连梁对于剪力墙结构尤为重要,在起到连接墙肢作用的同时,还应对所连接的墙肢起到一定的约束作用。[著者文摘]

Abstract:
As the main structure form in tall buildings, the shear wall structure has been widely used in the field of modern tall buildings in recent years. With the structure of bearing perpendicularity and level load in the construction of tall buildings, shear wall will possess lateral resistance capacity on the one hand, and on the other hand it will avoid higher cost. So in the design, different shear wall structures will adopt different schemes. Generally, thin and tall shear wall should be designed in bend destructive extending shear wall so as to avoid fragile shear destruction.
