摘 要:
目的：为抗菌药物的临床应用提供合理建议。方法：总结和分析临床种类人群抗菌药物应用的效果、副反应和耐药性。结果：老年人应减少抗菌药物用量。妊妇、儿童和肝肾功能障碍者应避免应用对肝肾功能毒性大的抗菌药物。结论：抗菌应合理应用于种类人群中。[著者文摘]
