塑料袋可生物降解性研究

摘  要:

对3种不同聚合材料的塑料袋生物降解特性借助BOD数字呼吸仪进行了降解试验。试验结果表明,不同类型聚合材料的塑料袋生物可降解性有较大的差异,这种差异来源于不同材料本身的特性以及用于改善塑料袋机械性能的添加剂等对生物降解的抑制作用。生物降解性能最好的塑料袋是由聚已内酰胺和聚酰胺脂两种聚合材料组成的,在40d的试验期间降解率达到了76%,而由脂肪族-芳香-共聚多醚以及聚已内酰胺和添加剂混合材料制成的另外两种塑料袋的降解率只有25%。[著者文摘]

The Research of the Biodegradation of Plastic Bag

Abstract:

The biodegradation experiment has been conducted with the aid of BOD digital respirator on plastic bag made by 3 different kinds of polymaterial. The result indicates that there is considerable difference in biodegradation of the plastic bag made by different types of polymaterial, this difference comes from the characteristics owned by different materials themselves and the restraint function to biodegradation from additive which is used for improving the mechanical function of the plastic bag. The best biodegradation property of the plastic bag is the plastic film which is composed of polycoprolatam and polyesteramide, during the course of 40 days experiment, the degradation rate reaches 76 %, but the plastic bag made by alphatic-aromatic coplyster, polycoprolactam and additive mixture material is only 25 % in degradation rate.[著者文摘]
