摘 要:
石油做为一种关系到国家安全的战略物资,在影响中美关系的诸多因素中作用日益突出.中美两国不同石油安全战略,必然产生在石油问题上的中美博弈.两国关系的大框架直接制约着中美石油问题的主要方面,而石油因素也同样关系着中美关系的走向.所有这些,都迫使我们认识到美中两国利益的交错性与复杂性,这也要求中关两国在石油问题上更多地相互谅解、认可,体察到对方的正当利益要求.只有这样.石油问题才不会对中美关系产生更大的负面影响.[著者文摘]

The Influence of Petroleum Factor to Chinese and American Relations

Abstract:
As a strategic resource that relates national security, the petroleum is more prominently to the Chinese and American relations in many factors in the future. The different petroleum security strategy of China and America inevitably produces gamble question. The big frame between countries directly restricts the Chinese and American petroleum question principal aspect, on the other hand, the petroleum factor also similarly relate the Chinese and American relations trend. That forces us to realize the complexity between American and Chinese. That also requests more understanding and approval in the petroleum question. They carefully examines opposite rights benefit request. Only that, the petroleum question can not have negative influence to the Chinese and American relations.[著者文摘]
