摘 要:
干细胞研究是目前生命科学领域研究的热点之一，同为干细胞的胚胎干细胞（ESC）研究显示了广阔的应用前景。主要从分化角度综述ES细胞用于人类疾病治疗的基础研究，中医药学对干细胞及ES细胞的基本认识，有关干细胞的中医药研究进展以及目前存在的一些问题。认为应在分化研究的基础上从先后天之本入手，探索中医药对ES细胞增殖的影响。[著者文摘]

Abstract:
Stem cell has become one of the focuses in the research of life science recently and has displayed a promising future in application. This paper reviewed some progress about differentiation of stem cell and applications of stem cell in human disease.The paper also explored the understanding and research progress of Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） on stem cell and embryonic stem cell,emphasizes embryonic stem cell mainly involved TCM theory of kidney and spleen.[著者文摘]
