摘 要:
采用3种不同的计算方法对多温区冷藏车热负荷进行计算,以寻求冷藏车负荷计算的合适方式。3种方法计算得到的热负荷分别为3764.34,4199.54,4044.87W,其中开门热负荷占到总热负荷的1/3以上,若再加上通过隔热厢体传入的热量,则这两部分热量占了总热量的近80%,由此认为由车厢外表面面积、传热系数、内外温差及开门次数系数的乘积计算热负荷的经验公式有一定的合理性。[著者文摘]

The calculation of heat load in a multi-temperature refrigeration truck

Abstract:
In this paper, three different methods were selected to calculate the heat load of the multi-temperature refrigeration trucks and tried to find a good way to get the heat load of the truck. According to the three methods, the heat capacity was 3 764.34 W,4 199.54 W,4 044.87 W respectively, in which the heat by the door open was about one third of the total heat. The heat from the door open and structure of the truck was about 80% of the total heat. So it was reasonable to use a experimental and simple formula which included the surface area, heat transfer coefficient, temperature difference and factor of door opening.[著者文摘]
