Abstract:
The methods and recent development for high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) analysis of macrolide antibiotic residues in animal derived food have been reviewed. The characteristic and applicability of experiment conditions of extraction, clean up, separation and detection of macrolide antibiotics from animal derived food were summarized, and compared and discussed.[著者文摘]
