摘 要:
将微生态制剂加入海兰白蛋鸡饲料中,通过记录鸡的采食量、产蛋量、蛋重,计算产蛋率,检测鸡血清中ND血凝抑制效价,统计肠道发病率、死亡率等探讨微生态制剂对蛋鸡免疫功能的影响。结果表明:试验组的料蛋比比对照组降低了9.52%,差异极显著(P〈0.01);产蛋率比对照组提高了5.35%,差异显著(P〈0.05);350及380日龄时试验组血清中新城疫血凝抑制抗体效价分别高出对照组25.81%和25.42%;试验组的肠道病发病率和死淘率分别比对照组降低了66.67%和68.18%,差异显著(P〈0.05)。[著者文摘]

Effect of Microecological Agent on Immune Function of Layers

Abstract:
The effect of microecological agent on immune function was researched through the evaluation of the collecting data such as intake of chicken,egg production,egg weight and egg-laying rate,the incidence of intestinal and mortality after microecological agent was added to hy-ling white layers' feed.The results showed that the feed-egg rate of the tested group was decreased by 9.52%(P〈0.01);the egg-laying rate increased by 5.35%(P〈0.05) contrast to the control group;serum antibody titer of hemagglutination inhibition ND of 350 days and 380 days old layers exceed control group about 25.81% and 25.42% respectively;the incidence of gastro-intestinal disease,and cast-for-death rate were decreased by 66.67% and 68.1%(P〈0.05) contrast to the control group.[著者文摘]
