摘 要:
因自然条件的限制和各种因素影响，青海省粮食生产量近期难以有效提高，供需缺口仍呈钢性增长并将长期存在。应对粮食短缺的对策是：稳定粮食生产，努力减少缺口；健全粮食市场体系，依靠全国粮食大市场，解决青海省粮食短缺问题；发展粮库功能，应对复杂的市场形势，保障粮食安全。[著者文摘]

Abstract:
Because of the nature condition restriction and various influence factor, grain output of Qinghai is hard to raise effectively in the near future. The indentation of supply and demand still presents the growth steadily and will exist over a long period of time. The countermeasure of deal with short the food is to stable food produce and reduce indentation;perfect food market system and depend on national food market resolving the short problem of food,strengthen grain depot function dealing with complicated market situation and guarantee food safety.[著者文摘]
