摘 要:
2001年7月4日-10月27日,中国水产总公司所属的3艘大洋性超低温金枪鱼延绳钓渔船对大西洋中部公海海域进行金枪鱼渔业调查。本文根据所获得的渔场环境、作业参数、渔获统计等数据,应用分位数回归分析方法分别对有关水层(60m为一层)及总渔获率与温度、盐度和相对流速等环境因素的关系并考虑其不同的影响权重及交互作用建立了数值模型,根据该模型计算大眼金枪鱼的栖息环境综合指数(HEII),利用Marine Explore4.0软件绘制大眼金枪鱼HEII指数等值线分布图。结果显示:(1)180-240m水层中,中部海区的HEIIDij指数分布较高(高于0.6),其他海区分布较低(小于0.6);(2)240~300m水层中,6°N以南的海区HEIIDij。分布较高(高于0.6),以北的海区分布较低(10°N以北,29°W以西除外);(3)300~360m水层中,仅东南部-部分海区(3°N以南,22°W以东)HEIIDij。较低(低于0.4),其他大部分海区分布较高(高于0.5);(4)6°N以南的大部分海区HEII指数分布较高(高于0.6),仅在部分较小海区(5°N,22°W、3°N,17°~18°W的附近)内HEII指数分布低于0.5。[著者文摘]

Habitat environment integration index of Thunnus obesus in the high seas of the Central Atlantic Ocean based on the quantile regression

Abstract:
A survey on tuna fishing ground has been carried out on board of 3 longliners owned by China National Fisheries Cooperation, in the high seas of the Central Atlantic Ocean from July 4th to October 27th, 2001. The relationship models between the catch rate of the different water layers( with a depth interval of 60 m), nominal catch rate and the environmental factors, i.e. temperature, salinity and relative current velocity, were developed based on the field measured data, i.e. environmental factors of the fishing ground, fishing parameter and fisheries statistical data. They were developed by applying the quantile regression considering the different weight of the different environmental factors and the interaction among them. Habitat environment integration index(HEII) of bigeye tuna were estimated by these models. HEll maps of bigeye tuna were also built using the GIS software Marine Explore 4.0. The results suggest ( 1 ) From 180 m to 240 m, HEIISDij was relatively lower(〈0.6) except the central area(〉0.6) ; (2) From 240 to 300 m, HEIIDij was relatively higher(〉0.6) in the south of the 6°N, otherwise, relatively lower in the north of the 6°N(except the area north of the 10°N and west of the 29°W) ; (3) From 300 to 360 m, the HEHo,i was lower only in small part of the southeastern area( south of 3°N ,east of 22°W), which is less than 0.4, the other parts was higher ( 〉 0.5 ) ; (4) In the south of the 6 ON, HEll was higher ( 〉 0.6 ) except a part of area (around5°N,22°W;3°N,17°-18°W, 〈0.5).[著者文摘]
