摘  要:

超导磁体侧低温传输线是国家大科学工程北京正负电子对撞机重大改造(BEPC—Ⅱ)中低温系统关键部件之一。低温传输线的效率高低直接关系到单台500W氦低温制冷机能否对3台超导磁体同时降温并平稳运行。结合低温系统建设当中的实际情况,详细阐述了超导磁体侧多通道低温传输线的制作、安装及测试。通过对多种不同实验数据的分析,结合部分低温部件的性能参数,较为准确地推算出整个低温传输线和单位长度低温传输线的热负荷。[著者文摘]

Abstract:

Cryogenic transfer-line is one of the key parts in Beijing Electron-Positron Collider Upgrade (BEPC-Ⅱ). The efficiency of cryogenic transfer-line directly related to whether one 500 W/4.5 K helium refrigerator can cool down three superconducting magnets at the same time and keep the whole system working smoothly. Combined the real conditions at cryogenic system construction, the fabrication, installation and test of multi-pipe cryogenic transfer-line at superconducting magnets side were described in detail. According to the analysis of different experiment data and performance parameter of cryogenic parts, the heat loads of whole and per-unite multi-pipe cryogenic transfer-line were calculated exactly.[著者文摘]
