介绍了普通风险投资及其运行机制，阐述了拟成果购买制体制及其构架下的风险投资，在投资对象、管理模式、退出方式、利润回报方式、回报期限及投资风险等问题上对两种风险投资作了对比，为科研资金的风险投资领域研究提供了参考依据。[著者文摘]

The Comparison of the Venture Investment in the Quasi-purchase System of Research Outcomes and the General Venture Investment
Abstract:
This paper introduces the general venture investment and its operation mechanism. And the quasipurchase system of research outcomes and the venture investment in the quasi-purchase system of research outcomes are also introduced. There is a comparison on investment object, management mode,mechanism of withdrawal, profit repayment mode, repayment time limit and investment risk between the two different kinds of venture investments,which will offer a referential basis in the venture investment field of science research funds.[著者文摘]
