摘 要:
[目的]了解滕州市医疗机构的消毒现状。[方法]按照GB 15982-1995《医院消毒卫生标准》进行检测及评价。[结果]随机抽查了市直医院5家,乡镇卫生院17家,村卫生室325家;共采样897份,其中合格463份,总合格率为51.62%。市（县级市）、乡、村级医疗机构消毒合格率依次降低,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）,不同样品消毒合格率的差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。[结论]滕州市医疗机构消毒总合格率较低,消毒工作需要加强。[著者文摘]

Investigation on Disinfection Status in Medical Departments in Tengzhou City in 2005

Abstract:
[Objective]To understand the disinfection status in medical departments in Tengzhou city[Methods]Sample determination and evaluation were conducted according to the ＂Standard of Hospital Disinfection ＂（GB 15982-1995）. [Resuits]897 samples were collected in 11randomly selected hospitals at county level, 17 hospitals at town level and 325 village clinics. 463 of the samples were qualified. The overall qualified rate was 51.62%. The qualified rate in the hospitals at county level,at town level and in village clinics lowered in turn. There is a significant difference （ P〈0.01 ）. There is a significant difference in different samples on the qualified rate （ P〈0.01）. [Conelusion]The overall qualified rate of disinfection in medical departments is low in Tengzhou. Disinfection must be strengthened.[著者文摘]
