用于单体建筑的海水空调系统

摘 要:
对海水空调系统应用在单体建筑上的可行性进行了研究。首先对一个典型工程系统的设计方案进行了探讨;然后按照技术经济学中的费用年值法和追加投资动态回收年法,对传统空调系统和海水源热泵空调系统进行了方案对比,结果表明,按照优惠的收费标准,采用新系统所增加投资的动态回收期为5a。文章还对新方案不确定因素的敏感性、环境收益和能源利用效率进行了分析。[著者文摘]

Technical and economical analysis of seawater air-conditioning system in single building

Abstract:
The purpose of this paper is to evaluate the potential ocean thermal energy for heat pumps to provide cooling and heating in single building. First, the scheme design of seawater air-conditioning system (SWAC) is analyzed combined with a typical project. Second, based on the means of annual cost and payback period calculation of technical economic, SWAC is compared with conventional air-conditioning system in full aspects. It is shown that the payback period is about 5 years under favourable price of electricity and the scheme is feasible. Finally, the results for sensitivity analyses, environment benefits and energy utilization efficiency for the case study are also presented in this paper.[著者文摘]
