摘 要:
通过对镀Ni前碳纳米管的氧化、敏化和活化处理,在碳纳米管表面增加活化点,成功地在碳纳米管表面镀上一层金属Ni,并用TEM对镀Ni前后的碳纳米管进行了表征。研究表明,用强酸对碳纳米管氧化处理后,可在碳纳米管表面产生大量官能团,改善表面性能,有利于对碳纳米管进行敏化和活化处理。尽可能多的活化点将有利于金属Ni在碳纳米管表面沉积,从而获得连续的金属Ni镀层,提高化学镀的质量。[著者文摘]

Abstract:
Carbon nanotubes (CNTs) are coated with Ni by a series of processes of optimization (oxidations, sensitization and activation) used to add activated sites on the surface of CNTs before electroless plating. TEM is used to observe CNTs before and after coating. The study shows that many functional groups are obtained on the surface of CNTs by acid treatment and Ni coatings are deposited on the surface of CNTs. The high density activated sites are key to obtain continuous Ni coatings.[著者文摘]
