摘 要:
通过单因素试验及正交试验,探讨了3只活性染料对改性真丝染色的最佳工艺:Cibacron红FN染色温度70℃,硫酸钠浓度20g/L,碳酸钠浓度3g/L;Cibacron红LS染色温度60℃,硫酸钠浓度10g/L,碳酸钠浓度2g/L;DyStar红XL染色温度50℃,硫酸钠浓度20g/L,碳酸钠浓度1g/L。改性真丝织物用双活性基活性染料染色时,其上染率及固色率均比未改性织物有很大提高,盐用量则可减少至原来的1/3。[著者文摘]

Low-salt reactive dyeing of modified silk fabric

Abstract:
Via single factor and orthogonal tests, optimum processes of modified silk fabric with 3 reactive dyes were defined as follows, dyeing temperature of 70℃, 60℃ and 50℃, sodium sulfite of 20g/L, 10g/L ,20g/L and soda ash of 3 g/L, 2 g/L, 1 g/L for Cibacron Red FN, Cibacron Red LS, Dystar Red XL respectively. The rates of exhaustion and fixation of bifunctional reactive dyes on modified silk fabric were improved remarkably, the amount of salt can decrease to 1/3 of conventional dosage, burden on wastewater treatment was greatly lessened.[著者文摘]
