摘 要:
基于棉针织产品活性染料染色工艺,研究印染废水回用对织物染色生产的适用性。拟定了印染回用水水质标准;采用不同的分流方案,探讨了回用水pH值和盐度对染色产品质量的影响,并提出控制措施。结果表明,回用水pH值为6.5~8.5时,色牢度可达4级,色差较小;回用水中的盐度积累(〈924mg/L)也未对染色质量产生不良影响。[著者文摘]

Effects of recovered water on the dyeings quality

Abstract:
Based on reactive dyeing process of cotton knits, applicability of recovered water to fabric dyeing is discussed. According to quality criteria of recovered water, different partial stream plans were made, effects of pH value and salt content on the dyeings quality were studied, controlling measures were put forward. It was found that adjusting pH value of recovered water from 6.5 to 8.5, the cotton dyeings had 4-level color fastness and low color deviation. Salt accumulation in recovered water exerted little negative influence on dyeing quality.[著者文摘]
