摘 要:
通过后整理工艺制备远红外棉织物,以温升性能作为测试指标,研究通过改变测试条件而得出最佳温升测试方法,即红外光源与试样中心成45°角,且与试样中心保持20cm距离,红外测温仪固定于试样前1.5m处。后整理工艺中最佳整理液用量为100g/L,最佳温升效果为3.5℃。后整理工艺制备的远红外织物具有持久的温升效应,但耐洗涤性还有待提高。[著者文摘]

Testing of temperature rising property of far infrared cotton fabric

Abstract:
Far-infrared cotton fabric was prepared by post finishing process. Testing method using temperature rising property as an indicator was defined, keeping 45°angle of far-infrared lamp from cotton fabric center, the best distance between them was 20cm, infrared temperature measuring meter was installed before the sample with distance 1.5m. Cotton fabric treated with 100g/L far-infrared agent featured 3.5 ℃ increase in temperature, Far-infrared cotton fabric had durable effect, only washability was not satisfactory.[著者文摘]
