我国汉族正常人群CD89基因5’调控区及非转录区SNP多态性分布特征及其与日本人群的比较

摘 要:
目的我国汉族人群FcαR1基因5＇-UTR区3个SNPs多态性颁的特征及将其与日本人群进行比较。方法提取368例正常广东汉族人基因组，DNA扩增FcαR1基因5＇-UTR相关区域并直接测序鉴定基因型。结果①我国汉族人群FcαR1基因5＇-UTR区3个SNPs多态性：-114位点TT基因型最常见（52．7％），CC基因型分布最少（7．3％），-27位点TT（85．1），CC（1．4％），＋56位点TC基因型 最常见（51．4％），CC基因型分布最少（12．0％）；②等住基因分布频率：-114位点T（72．7％）、C（27．3％）：＋56位点T（62．4％）、C（37．6％）及-27位点T（91．8％）、C（8、2％）；③主要单倍型：TTT（61．9％）、CTC（27．2％）和TCC（7．9％）。结论与日本人群比较，我国汉族人群FcαR1基因5＇-UTR区-114T／C及＋56T／C无论是基因型，还是等位基因频率分布，差异均无显著性。[著者文摘]

Distribution of FcaR1 gene 5＇-UTR and promoter region SNPs in Chinese Han and the comparison with Japanese

Abstract:
Objective To investigate the distribution of SNPs in FcαR1 gene 5＇-UTR and promoter region and to compare them with the Japanese. Methods Genomic DNA was extracted from 368 healthy Chinese Han subjects, genotypes of the SNPs in FcαR1 gene 5＇ - UTR and promoter region were determined by PCR and direct sequencing. Comparing between two groups was conducted with chi square test. Results 1. the genotypes＇ frequencies of the 3 SNPs in FcαR1 gene 5＇ - UTR and promoter region were Tr （52.7%） ,CC （7.3%） in - 114 locus,TT（85.1% ） ,CC（ 1.4% ） in - 27 locus, TC （51.4%） ,CC （ 12.0% ） in ＋56 locus. 2. the alleles＇ frequencies of the 3 SNPs in FcαR1 gene 5＇ - UTR region were T（ 72.7% ） , C （27.3%） in - 114 locus; T（62.4% ）, C （37.6%） in ＋ 56 locus and T （91.8%）, C（8.2% ） in -27 locus. 3. Main haplotype pattern is TIT （61.9%）, CTC（27.2% ） and TCC （7, 9% ）s. Conclusion There was no significant difference in the distribution of SNPs in FcαR1 gene 5＇ - UTR and promoter region in Chinese Han compared with the Japanese.[著者文摘]
