泥胡菜化学成分研究

摘 要:
目的研究泥胡菜的化学成分。方法对泥胡菜全草的95%(体积分数)乙醇提取物的正丁醇萃取部分进行色谱分离,根据光谱数据和理化性质确定各化合物的结构。结果分离并鉴定了4个化合物,分别为:紫丁香苷,水杨苷,尿囊素,绿原酸。结论4个化合物均为首次从本属植物中分离得到。[著者文摘]

Identification of the chemical constituents of Hemistepta lyrata

Abstract:
Objective To investigate the chemical constituents of Hemistepta lyrata. Methods The entire plants were first extracted by 95% of ethanol, then extracted by petroleum ether, chloroform, ethyl acetate and n-butanol, respectively. The residue from n-butanol extraction was purified on silica gel column chromatograph and Sephadex LH-20 column, respectively. Structures of the purified compounds were elucidated by MS and NMR. Results Four compounds were isolated and identified as syringin ( 1 ), salicin ( 2 ), allantoin (3) and chlorogenic acid (4). Conclusion Compounds 1 to 4 were isolated from this plant for the first time.[著者文摘]
