摘 要:
所谓燃油税是指对在我国境内行驶的汽车购用的汽油、柴油所征收的税。据估算,到2020年,中国石油消费量最少也要5亿t,进口需求将高达3亿t。解决这个问题,可以采用价格杠杆,利用税收手段进行调节。[编者按]
