摘 要:
随着人们生活水平的提高,对汽车流通需求和服务提出了新的课题。针对目前我国车籍管理以省、市、自治区划块管理、尚未实现全国无纸化（联网）体制、二手车流通不畅的现状,搭建二手车流通区域平台,推进长三角市场联动发展,对于降低物流成本,满足人们对日益增长的二手车消费的需求,加快推进长三角地区二手车流通物流产业的发展,遵循市场经济规律,突破行政区划界限,建设资源节约型、环境友好型经济,具有积极的现实意义。[编者按]
