摘 要:
为了加深对跳高运动规律的进一步理解，运用文献资料法和逻辑分析法，对背越式跳高摆动腿对起跳效果的贡献度、转动的动力系统以及跳高成绩的构成等因素进行研究。结果表明：由于研究方法和研究手段等各方面的限制，以往对跳高运动技术和原理大多从“刚体”或“质点”的角度进行研究，有一定的局限性。建议采用“刚体和柔体耦合的多体系统”作为模型进行研究，这将更加科学。[著者文摘]

Abstract:
This paper, based on documentation and logic analysis, makes a study of high jump in order to have a better understanding of the sport. The result shows the researches into techniques and principles of high jump in the past are of great limitations owing to imperfect methods of research.
