研究了以木耳为原料,用水作为提取剂,超声强化条件对木耳多糖得率的影响。通过正交试验设计确定了最佳提取条件:料液比1∶60,温度50℃,pH为6,超声时间4min,最佳提取温度50℃,在此条件下的多糖得率为15.2%。[著者文摘]

Abstract:
The effect of ultrasonic on yield of auricularia polysaccharide was studied during the course of extraction by extracts of water.The optimum extraction condition of auricularia polysaccharide was obtained from orthogonal design. The technical conditions are liquid-solid ratio of 1:60, extraction temperature of 50 ℃, pH of 6, ultrasonic time of 4 min. The yield is 15.2 % under this condition.[著者文摘]
