摘 要:
以桔梗为试验材料,以桔梗多糖萃取物质量和萃取物中多糖含量为测定指标,通过四因素三水平的响应曲面试验设计,对超临界CO2萃取桔梗多糖最佳条件进行确定。试验结果为:对萃取物质量而言,最佳萃取条件为萃取压力23.9MPa,萃取温度47.9℃,携带剂乙醇浓度58.6%,携带剂用量17.4ml/10g。对多糖质量而言,最佳萃取条件为萃取压力29.6MPa,萃取温度30.3℃,携带剂乙醇浓度0.02%,携带剂用量25.0mL/10g。[著者文摘]

Abstract:
In this study, extract conditions of platycodon root polysaccharide by supercritical CO2 was studied. Methods: With Platycodon root as experiment material through Response Surface Analysis Design, effect of extract temperature, extract pressure, ethanol and cosolvent quantity on the extract weight and polysacchadde weight in extract were studied. Conclusions: To extract weight, the optimal extract conditions were as follow: extraction temperature is 47.9 ℃, extract pressure is 23.9 MPa, cosolvent is 58.6 %ethanol and cosolvent quantity is 17.4 mL/10 g; to polysaccharide weight in the extract, the optimal extract conditions were as follow: extraction temperature is 30.3 ℃, extract pressure is 29.6 MPa, cosolvent is 0.02 %ethanol and cosolvent quantity is 25.0 mL/10g. The optimal extract condition were confirmed.[著者文摘]
