一锅法合成新型防腐剂富马酸苯甲醇甲酯

摘 要:
以马来酸酐、苯甲醇和甲醇为主要原料,采用一锅法合成一种含有α,β-不饱和羰基结构的新型防腐剂——富马酸苯甲醇甲酯,并通过红外、气相色谱对产品进行初步表征。单因素法获得较佳合成工艺条件,在此条件下合成的富马酸苯甲醇甲酯收率为86.3%,质量分数为91.17%。对混合菌群的抗菌实验表明,该产品具有较强的抗菌活性。[著者文摘]

Study on Synthesis and Antibacterial Activity of Benzyl Methyl-Fumarate

Abstract:
A new preservative containingα,β- unsaturated carbonyl group is prepared from maleic anhydride , benzyl alcohol and methanol, and the aim product is also analyzed by IR Spetrum, and GC. The factors affecting the yield are investigated by mono- factor test. Under the above conditions, the yield of benzyl methyl - fumarate with 91.17% purity is 86.3% . The antibacterial experiments show that the products have strong inhibition effect on mixed bacteriums.[著者文摘]
