摘 要:
对我国31个省、市、自治区的水资源禀赋和水资源的综合利用情况进行了主成分分析，指出了各地区水资源情况差异以及各地区水资源不平衡对区域发展的制约影响，以及各地区水资源的综合利用程度和水利综合能力之间存在着密切的联系，建议因地制宜地开发有限的水资源，朝着建立节水型社会的方向发展。[著者文摘]

An Analysis on the Natural Endowment and Application of China＇s Water Resource

Abstract:
An analysis on the natural endowment and the comprehensive application of the water resources in 31 provinces of China shows that the difference and the unbalance in water resource limit the development of the regional economy, and that the comprehensive application of the regional water resource is closely related to the capacity of the water conservancy facilities. Therefore, some suggestions are raised to open up the limited water resources in the light of local circumstances so that different regions are developed in the direction of water-saved society.[著者文摘]
