摘 要:
采用水培方法,研究了黄瓜和油菜中镉的分配特点及根细胞壁对镉的亲和力,了解不同蔬菜根细胞壁对镉的吸收和运输的影响。结果表明:随着营养液中镉浓度的增加,黄瓜和油菜根中水和氯化钙提取镉的比例增加,而根中镉的比例降低;营养液中镉浓度在10μmol·L^-1时,根中水和氯化钙提取镉的比例占根中镉总量的10%以上;而营养液中镉浓度在1μmol·L^-1时,油菜根中水和氯化钙提取镉的比例仅占根中镉总量的2%;黄瓜根中氯化钙提取镉的比例高于油菜;在相同镉浓度处理下,油菜根和地上部镉的浓度明显高于黄瓜,并且油菜地上部与根部镉的比例高于黄瓜;植物根中镉的浓度是地上部的8~66倍,根细胞壁对镉有一定的固定作用,限制了镉从根向地上部的转移。[著者文摘]

Translocation and allocation of cadmium in cucumber and rape seedlings.

Abstract:
With hydroponic culture, this paper studied the distribution characteristics of cadmium (Cd) in cucumber and rape seedlings and the Cd-affinity of their root cell wall, aimed to understand the effects of root cell wall of different vegetables on the Cd uptake and translocation. The results showed that with the increasing concentration of Cd in nutrient solution, the proportions of H2O- and CaCl2-extracted Cd from the roots of the two vegetables increased, while the Cd content in their roots decreased. At a Cd level of 10 μmol · L^-1 , more than 10% of Cd in roots could be extracted by H2O and CaCl2 , but at the Cd level of 1μmol · L^-1 , only 2% of Cd was extracted. The amount of CaCl2-extracted Cd from cucumber roots was higher than that from rape roots. Rape shoots and roots had higher content of Cd, and the ratio of shoot Cd to root Cd was also higher in rape than in cucumber seedlings. The Cd content in roots was 8-66 folds higher than that in shoots, indicating that root had a stronger Cd-affinity, and thus, the translocation of Cd from roots to shoots was retarded.[著者文摘]
