摘 要:
研究4,4’-联苯二甲酸的合成工艺。以联苯为原料,经氯甲基化、醛化及双氧水氧化制得4,4’-联苯二甲酸.结果表明,醛化反应时六次甲基四胺与4,4’-二(氯甲基)联苯的物质的量比为3.5∶1,氧化反应时温度控制80-85℃下反应8.0 h为较适宜的反应条件,在该条件下,三步反应的总收率达到38.2%(以联苯计),w(4,4’-联苯二甲酸)〉98.0%.[著者文摘]

Synthesis of Biphenyl-4,4 '-dicarboxylic acid

Abstract:
The synthetic technology of Biphenyl-4,4'-dicarboxylic acid was studied. Using biphenyl as raw material, the biphenyl-4,4'-dicarboxylic acid was synthesized by means of chloromethylation, hydroformylation and hydrogen peroxide oxidation of the biphenyl. The optimum reaction conditions were such that the amount of substance ratio of urotropine to 4,4'-Bis(chloromethyl) biphenyl was 3.5:1 for hydroformylation, the reaction temperature of oxidation was 80-85℃ and the reaction time was 8. 0 hours. Under the optimum conditions, the overall yield of during this three-step reaction was 38.2% and the mass fraction of Biphenyl-4,4'-dicarboxylic acid was 98.0%.[著者文摘]
