摘 要:
用毛白杨中克隆得到的抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(APX)基因,构建植物表达载体pBI121-APX,将pBI121-APX载体用农杆菌介导法转化烟草,成功得到转基因烟.PCR、PCR-Southern的结果表明,APX基因已经成功的整合到转基因烟草基因组中.干旱实验结果表明,与对照相比较,转基因烟草表现出较强的抗旱性.[著者文摘]

Research of Transgenic Tobacco of APX Gene in Drought Tolerance Analysis

Abstract:
In this paper, the APX gene cloned from Populus tomentosa was used for the construction of an expression vector: pBI121-APX, it was used for the genetic transformation of tobacco via Agrobacterium mediated method. PCR and PCR-Southem blot analysis indicated that the foreign gene APX had been integrated into the genome of tobacco. Transgenic tobacco showed more resistance under drought stress.[著者文摘]
