摘 要:
以鸡胸软骨为原料，采用稀碱和酶解相结合的方法提取硫酸软骨素。综合考察各种影响因素，设计了正交实验，得出最佳工艺争件。通过该优化条件，产量可以达到21％，与原来的工艺相比，提高了3％～4％，纯度可以达到80％。[著者文摘]

Optimization of the Production Technology of Chondroitin Sulfate

Abstract:
A method of extracting chondroitin sulfate from the chicken breast cartilage by dilute alkali-enzyme hydrolysis is studied. Every effect factor is observed. The condition of technology is optimized by orthogonal experiment and the best condition is obtained ,with which the yield can be up to 21%. Comoared with the orimary technology .the yield is raised bv 3% -4% .the ouritv can be uo to 80%.[著者文摘]
