含硼生铁生产硼钢新工艺的基础研究

摘 要:
对以含硼生铁为原料直接冶炼硼钢新工艺的关键问题进行了基础研究.为新工艺提供了理论依据。在探讨了不同温度(1400℃.1450℃.1500℃和1550℃)、气氛(空气、通氧)、造渣剂(CaO)条件下含硼生铁中C元素氧化规律的基础上,进一步在1550℃吹氧条件下研究Fe—C二元系、Fe—C—Si三元系和含硼生铁的氧化规律。验证了含硼生铁直接冶炼硼钢的条件。[著者文摘]

Oxidation patter of carbon in pig iron containing boron and Fe-C binary system or Fe-C-Si ternary system at different conditions is studied and discussed respectively.
