碳、氮同位素示踪法在农林业中的应用

摘 要:
对碳、氮同位素示踪法在相关的农林业研究中应用的基本原理、应用途径和方法及其研究进展进行了概括和总结。碳同位素主要应用于土壤碳循环、光合作用及其同化产物的传导和分布、植物水分利用效率、土地利用变化、农药残留代谢、降解和代谢等领域;氮同位素主要应用于农林N2O释放机理、固氮植物固氮量能力的分析以及氮素转化、氮肥利用率等方面的研究,为进一步在农林业及相关领域的应用提供参考。[著者文摘]

Application of Isotope C and Isotope N Tracer in Agriculture and Foresty

Abstract:
The paper summarized the fundamental mechanism, application way, application method and advance of traces istopes C and N in agriculture and forestry. The application of isotope C mainly involved in soil C cycling processes, photosynthesis and the production of photosynthesis transportation and distribution, tree water use efficiency, land use conversion, residual, metabolism and decomposition of pesticides. The application of isotope C mainly involved in the mechanism N releasing from a N2O storage in agriculture and forestry,analysis of N fixation abilty ,N mineralization,use efficiency of nitrogenous fertilizer. It will provide further reference for Tracer Isotope C and N in Agriculture and foresty.[著者文摘]
