实证主义与后实证主义对管理科学发展的影响

摘 要:
实证主义强调科学理论必须是普遍适用的规律,实验、量化等自然科学的方法是理论获得的唯一方法。后实证主义则认为科学理论应该是实证理论和经验的双向互动,研究方法强调的是实证和其它研究方法相结合。通过分析实证研究方法和后实证研究方法在管理学应用过程中对其发展的贡献及局限,得出的结论是管理学研究方法将向多元化的趋势发展。[著者文摘]

Contributions and Limitations of Positivism and Post-Positivism to Management Science

Abstract:
Positivism emphasize that science theory must be rules adaptable at large, science method of experiment and quantities is the only way to get theory. Post-Positivism support science theory should realize the mobilization of positivism theory and experience, the research method emphasize the combination of positivism and other methods. Through analyze the positivism method and Post-Positivism research method applying process and the contributions and limitation for its development. This paper draws the conclusion that Management research method should be developed towards pluralistic trends.[著者文摘]
