摘 要:
习语均为英汉语言中内涵丰富的部分，它是不同民族文化和思维方式的映照。习语的最大特点是形象鲜明、诙谐含蓄、精粹简短且形式稳固。然而，随着社会的发展及特定语言环境的需要，它的应用总会发生一些变化，这种演变称之为习语的变体现象。将这种变化归入依源性与发散性两大门类，以此深入探究汉英习语变体的异同现象及其对对外汉语教学的启示。[著者文摘]

Abstract:
Chinese and English idioms have long been the mirrors reflecting each nation＇s culture and thought. There have existed some alterations when they are used in different language environments. This paper is devoted to making a further study of this alteration and trying to show the differences in usage between the two languages by presenting some useful suggestions to our teaching Chinese as a foreign language.[著者文摘]
