摘 要:
在构建社会主义和谐社会、开创中国特色社会主义事业新局面、实现中华民族伟大复兴的历史进程中，哲学社会科学与自然科学同等重要，哲学社会科学成果的转化也与自然科学成果的转化同等重要。但是，时至今日，人们虽然已经自觉地认识到了转化自然科学成果的重要意义，并重视研究转化自然科学成果的途径与方法，切实促进自然科学成果向现实生产力的转化，却仍然不同程度地无视哲学社会科学成果转化的重要性，对哲学社会科学成果的转化，既欠缺实践上的有效举措，也缺乏理论上的深入研究，致使大量的哲学社会科学成果被束之高阁。因此，为了促进哲学社会科学成果迅速转化为现实的社会力量，充分发挥其社会经济效益，有必要研究哲学社会科学成果转化中存在的问题及解决的对策。[著者文摘]

Abstract:
In building a socialist harmonious society, opening up a new prospect of the Chinese characteristic socialism and realizing the great revival of the Chinese nationhood,philosophy and social sciences are equal in importance with natural sciences and the transformation of their research achievements are equally significant. However, the significance of transformation of research achievements of philosophy and social sciences has still been neglected more or less, though the significance of transformation of research achievements of natural sciences has been realized on people＇s own initiative and the study for the corresponding solutions and measures has also been paid much attention to . The neglection shows itself in the fact that the transformation of research echievements of philosophy and social sciences lacks of both effective measures and deep theoretic research so that multitudinous research achievements of phyolsphy and social sciences have been put on the shelf. Therefore, it is necessary to study the problems in transformation of research achievements of philosophy and social sciences and find the solutions thereof for the purpose of promoting quick transformation of research achievements of philosophy and social sciences to realistic social strength to give full play to their social and economic functions.[著者文摘]
