Abstract:

Plastic package was now widely used because of its excellent performances, and the safety problem of food packaging made consumers focus on the security of packing materials. 6 kinds of most widely used plastic package, including PE, PP, PS, PVC, PET and PVDC, were introduced in this paper about their quality and safety characteristics. Some important regulations and standards for plastic package of EU and China were described in detail in this paper, furthermore suggestions for how to deal with the safety problem of food plastic package were also proposed at the end of this paper.[著者文摘]
