球团配加膨润土实验室及工业试验研究

摘 要:
在实验室测定了1号、2号膨润土与现场用膨润土的理化性能,通过造球对比实验,确定了1号、2号膨润土的适宜配比,分析了其对球团铁品位及低温还原粉化性能的影响。在此基础上进行了带式焙烧机半工业性投笼试验及工业试验。试验表明,1号膨润土适宜配比不小于1.9%,2号膨润土适宜配比大于1.1%;配加1号膨润土时球团铁品位比基准期降低了0.38个百分点,配加2号膨润土的铁品位比基准期提高了0.18个百分点;基准期成品球团低温还原粉化性能比试验期好。[著者文摘]

Abstract:
The physical and chemical properties of No. 1, No. 2 bentonite and that used on site are tested at laboratory. By comparing green pellet making experiment, suitable proportions of No. 1 and No. 2 bentonite are determined and the influence of which on pelletizing iron grade and reduction degradation property at low temperature is analyzed. Basing on which, pilot plant test and industry test on grate pelletizing machine are carded. The test results show that, feasible proportions of No. 1 and No. 2 bentonite should be not less than 1.9% and no more than 1.1% respectively, pellet iron grade with mixing No. 1 bentonite is 0.38% less than the one at the base period and mixing No. 2 bentonite can increase 0.18% of iron grade, the reduction degradation property at low temperature of final pellet is better than that at the test period.[著者文摘]
