摘 要:
木工机械安全性越来越引起人们的重视.而木工机械人机界面设计本身的复杂性使得对它的评价具有一定的难度。木文提出了采用定性和定量相结合的模糊综合评价方法对BQ1127/15/B旋切机人机界面评价,并利用层次分析法(AHP)确定各评价因素的权重,同时引入人机界面优度。此评价方法为旋切机的优化设计提供了较为科学的依据。并且为旋切机用户企业在工厂的事故预测和监督提供了理论基础。同时此评价方法也适用于其他类型的木工机械优化设计和安全评价。[著者文摘]

Abstract:
More and more people have paid attention to the safety of woodmachine,because of complexity of man-machine interface design in woodmachine, the evaluation to woodmachine is difficult.This paper chooses the qualitative analysis combined with quantitative analysis fuzzy comprehensive evalution method to evaluate the man-machine interface of veneer lathe,and utilize The Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to determine weight of each evalution factors,meanwhile introduce the goodness-of-fit of humanmachine interface.The evaluation method is proved to satisfy scientificness, objectivity and reliability.It offers relatively scientific basis for optimization design of veneer lathe, and it also provides theoretical foundation for accident forecast and supervision in factory.at the same time,the evaluation method is applied to optimization design and safe evalution of other type woodmachines.[著者文摘]
