摘 要:
以阳离子交换树脂732、NKC-9、D072和D061为催化剂,在微波条件下使用1-萘乙酸和甲醇合成1-萘乙酸甲酯。研究了微波法及常规法活化阳离子交换树脂的催化性能。实验结果表明,微波法活化阳离子交换树脂的催化性能好,酯化反应时间只需30min,酯产率就高达99,05%;使用过的催化剂用微波法处理活化后,催化酯化的产率最高也达97.16%。[著者文摘]

STUDY ON SYNTHESIS OF METHYL 1-NAPHTHYLACETATE BY CATION EXCHANGE RESIN CATALYST UNDER MICROWAVE IRRADIATION

Abstract:
The methyl 1-Naphthylacetate was synthesized by 1-Naphthylene acetic acid and methanol with 732, NKC-9, D072 and D061 resin as catalyst under microwave irradiation. The catalytic activity of cation exchange resin catalysts were discussed by microwave and dry technology. The results showed that the catalytic activity of cation exchange resin with microwave irradiation is excellent, the yield is 99.05% with esterification reaction time for 30min; and the yield is 97.16% by recover catalyst with microwave irradiation action.[著者文摘]
